A man has appeared in court charged with murder following the death of a woman at a house in Glasgow.
Emergency services were alerted to a seriously injured woman within a property in Tummel Street in the city’s Riddrie area at around 7.40pm on Thursday.
Maxine Clark, 36, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police Scotland said her family had been made aware.
Mark Keel, 32, was arrested and charged in connection with Ms Clark’s death and appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday.
Keel, of the city, made no plea to the single murder charge and was remanded in custody.
